If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be carried out where technically feasible.
Access, Rectification and Erasure
Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to obtain information free of charge about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of the data processing, and, where applicable, a right to have this data corrected or deleted. You can contact us at any time regarding this or any other questions relating to personal data.
Right to Restriction of Processing
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time for this purpose. The right to restriction of processing applies in the following cases:

- If the processing of your personal data was or is unlawful, you may request the restriction of data processing instead of deletion.

4. Data Collection on This Website
Cookies
Our websites use so-called “cookies”. Cookies are small data packets and do not cause any damage to your terminal device. They are stored on your device either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies). Session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Permanent cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them yourself or they are automatically deleted by your web browser.
Cookies may originate from us (first-party cookies) or from third-party companies (so-called third-party cookies). Third-party cookies enable certain services provided by third-party companies to be integrated into websites.
Cookies perform various functions. Many cookies are technically necessary because certain website functions would not work without them (e.g. displaying videos). Other cookies may be used to evaluate user behaviour or for advertising purposes.
Cookies that are required to carry out electronic communications, to provide certain functions requested by you, or to optimise the website (necessary cookies) are stored on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR unless another legal basis is specified. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing necessary cookies to ensure the technically error-free and optimised provision of its services. Where consent to the storage of cookies and comparable recognition technologies has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of this consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG); consent may be revoked at any time.
You can configure your browser to inform you when cookies are set and to allow cookies only in individual cases, to exclude the acceptance of cookies in certain cases or in general, and to automatically delete cookies when closing the browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.
If additional cookies and services are used on this website, information about them can be found in this privacy policy.
Server Log Files
The website provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not combined with other data sources.
This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of its website; server log files must be collected for this purpose.
Contact Form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, the information you provide in the enquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not disclose this data without your consent.
This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in effectively handling enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), where this has been requested; consent may be revoked at any time.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. once your enquiry has been fully processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
Enquiries by Email, Telephone or Fax
If you contact us by email, telephone or fax, your enquiry, including all personal data resulting from it (name, enquiry), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request.
The data you send to us in connection with contact enquiries will remain with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. once your request has been fully processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.
5. Analytics Tools and Advertising
Google Analytics
This website uses functions of the Google Analytics web analytics service. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Analytics enables the website operator to analyse the behaviour of website visitors. The website operator receives various usage data, such as page views, time spent on the website, operating systems used and the user’s origin. This data is assigned to the respective user device. It is not assigned to a user ID.
Google Analytics uses technologies that enable the recognition of users for the purpose of analysing user behaviour (e.g. cookies or device fingerprinting). Information collected by Google about the use of this website is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
This service is used on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Consent may be revoked at any time.
Data transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Details can be found here: https://business.safety.google/adscontrollerterms/sccs/.
The company is certified under the “EU-US Data Privacy Framework” (DPF). The DPF is an agreement between the European Union and the USA intended to ensure compliance with European data protection standards when data is processed in the USA. Every company certified under the DPF undertakes to comply with these data protection standards. Further information is available from the provider at: https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/participant/5780.

6. Plugins and Tools
YouTube with Enhanced Privacy
This website embeds videos from the YouTube platform. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
YouTube videos on this website are not loaded when a page is initially accessed. A connection to YouTube’s servers is only established when you actively open a video or activate its playback. This means that simply visiting our pages does not result in data relating to the embedded video being transmitted to YouTube.
When you activate a YouTube video, a connection to YouTube’s servers is established. YouTube may then be informed which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account at the same time, YouTube may associate your browsing behaviour directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account before activating the video.
We use YouTube in enhanced privacy mode. According to YouTube, videos played in enhanced privacy mode are not used to personalise browsing on YouTube. Advertisements displayed in enhanced privacy mode are also not personalised. No cookies are set in enhanced privacy mode. However, so-called local storage elements may be stored in the user’s browser. These may contain personal data in a manner similar to cookies and may be used for recognition purposes. Further information on enhanced privacy mode can be found at: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/171780?hl=en.
After a YouTube video has been activated, YouTube may initiate further data processing operations over which we have no control.
YouTube is integrated on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG, insofar as information is stored on or accessed from your terminal device. Consent may be revoked at any time with effect for the future.
Further information about data protection at YouTube can be found in Google’s privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.
Google is certified under the “EU-US Data Privacy Framework” (DPF). The DPF is intended to ensure compliance with European data protection standards when data is processed in the USA. Further information is available at: https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/participant/5780.
